Owens Classic - Locking Spare Tire Covers

The cover is custom roll-formed for a precise fit. The cover is carefully polished for a smooth reflective finish.
Included with the tire cover is a black plastic center disk that has a UV protectant so it's UV stable to resist fading. The disk is the perfect surface for an air brush artist, a decal to show a little attitude, or even to paint to match the color of the vehicle!

Also included is heavy edge trim & a stainless steel lockable latch for security. This allows everybody to admire the cover but ensures that it stays attached and safe.
